These kits are designed to certify selected individuals or trainers within your organization, allowing them the opportunity to teach various topics and English in correlation to hospitality.
The Lingo Certification Kits include a Train-the-Trainer certification. Creating selected trainers into subject-matter experts on proper delivery, program logistics, use of employee engagement techniques and executing on the methodologies used to enrich employee retention of the material.
