Lingo Hotel emerges as the answer to many of the challenges faced by companies and employees in the hospitality industry. Employees are the company’s number one asset and the last few years have shown us, maintaining staffing levels for an efficient operation can be difficult.
Our clients come to us, for ways to enhance efficiency and train their “English as a Second Language” employees on the essentials of carrying on their job tasks. This program gives employees more confidence in their day- to-day work that allows for better productivity, but it also gives employees the tools to ground themselves within the company and the company the tools to invest in their number one asset.

FACING CHALLENGES
As a child of immigrant parents, I know first-hand the difficulties that my parents went through in realizing their American dream and their journey in the different hospitality businesses. As a Corporate Quality Assurance and Brand Standards Officer in the industry, I was fortunate with the opportunity to work alongside stakeholders in Housekeeping, Facilities, Laundry, Landscaping, Back of House areas, and F & B departments.

Understanding the importance of job knowledge, company standards and communication, all crucial to an employee’s and company’s path towards success. Experiencing and seeing the day-to-day duties, communications and operational struggles among guests, management and colleagues. Inspired me to develop this unique product, specifically addressing these immediate needs in the industry.
