Lingo Hotel Language Program is an English as a Second Language teaching tool that benefits employees working in our property and industry. The two levels cover basic and intermediate aspects of English grammar, hospitality vocabulary and guest scenarios. Since 2019 and through a pandemic, we have graduated 72 employees from the Beginner Level and 39 employees from the Intermediate Level. Lingo Hotel has helped our employees improve their skills and achieve professional success by starting their training in other areas and having the opportunities of being promoted.
